Been a resident at the Telegraph Hills Apartments for going on 9 Months now and I give it a 10/10 for residential, safety kids & friendly are, calm nice area. All the Above! And for Maintenance service request? 10/10 as well and Above! Quick & Efficient for their work orders! Going above and beyond measure to get all our tickets properly addressed and handled efficient, and more! Thank you guys for the good work Gentlemen! Ladies, Trish- (Property Manager) & Warden! She is amazing & so Kind ! We appreciate you & your team for doing what you do for keeping our community clean and safe! As well as running our community with passion! Alyssa- (Property Assistant Manager) Amazing & Kind as well! Always going Above & Beyond to keep our community running smoothly for us residents! Thank you always for what you do & your amazing hard work & help! I highly recommend the Telegraph Hill Apartments for any future residents! Thank you!

Telegraph Hill is a really nice place to live! The office staff is very accommodating and maintenance has always been able to come same day for me and mostly within the hour of me calling! I feel safe in this property and love the posts about pets of the month, always so cute and fun!!

I absolutely love this property not only is it beautiful and a good part of town, but staff and management are so kind and helpful. When touring with Alyssa she was extremely knowledgeable about the property and easy to talk to. You can easily tell that this property cares about its tenants. Trish the property manager is also super kind and always willing to get to the bottom of thing if there ever is an issue. I am happy to say that this is one of the best properties I have stayed and lived in.

I took a tour with the assistant manager Alyssa and it was delightful. She was very informative and polite. I'm glad I was able to see this property as it is a beautiful place to live!

Telegraph Hill is beautiful, and it’s honestly been a great experience. The property is peaceful, well-kept, and has some gorgeous views—especially at sunset. What really makes this place stand out, though, is the team. Trish, the manager, is absolutely fantastic—she’s kind, professional, and truly cares about the residents. Anytime I’ve needed something, she’s been on top of it. Maintenance is also super responsive and gets things handled quickly. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home in Albuquerque, I definitely recommend Telegraph Hill.

The manager Trish and her staff are amazing. They are always courteous and helpful. The property is very nice and the office staff goes above and beyond to address and concerns or questions. I would highly recommend!
