My experience here at Telegraph Hill has been extremely pleasant. Lauren in the front office has been very helpful and quick to respond. This is a quiet and clean complex.

Lauren & Tyesha were excellent in answering my questions and making the move in process seamless. They worked with me during my application process and were very respectful and went above and beyond to get me into my new apartment.

The apartment was very clean and surprisingly spacious, the area is quiet and pet friendly, and the office staff were very sweet and helped us get moved in. Had some issues with communication the day before moving but nothing that was bad enough to make us second guess our decision living here.

I’ve had a great experience here. The two ladies (Lauren and Shelly) in the office are amazing and got me a nice apt with exactly what I needed at a great price! I’ve also had a couple maintenance requests and they’ve gotten fixed quickly. I recommend Telegraph Hill.
